Have purchased several trailers from them … quality has gone downhill and we also have had issues with wiring and electric. Fenders are also very weak. Customer service is lacking - they’re friendly enough, but they have 1 person who can use a computer and she’s never in the office so they’re rarely able to help.
We have used this company several times. Sadly, each time we have purchased a trailer the quality has gone downhill. Employees are nice enough, but we have had extensive issues with the lights and wiring on all of our trailers from them.
