Called the number found on web search. Came out about a hour later. Told them what was wrong and found the garage door wires needed replaced. They had to go to Menards to get them due to it being a commercial door. Did not come prepared with any ladders for this door. They used my ladder the whole two day repair. Never once did they discuss the price of the repair or parts. Once done they told me $1200 plus with no knowledge of repair cost. Never signed anything for The cost. I called Starlite and the lady on the phone was nice and attentive. I was able to have a technician come out within two hours of my call. Antoine took care of us today and he was super kind, helpful and explained each step of the process. If I ever need anything with my garage door I will definitely be going back and asking for Antoine!
So they supposedly charged me 1100 but the bill says 900 so they pocketed $200 and it’s funny they don’t really have their right name to their place when you call the Garage Door Pl. it doesn’t say starlight that’s kind of weird so it seems like a scam. They’re a scam.
