My mother is a resident of Starling Village and the property management is terrible. They do not follow through on complaints that she has made for over a year. The elevators are always down and has had to walk up steps with chronic asthma issues and knee issues. They refuse to hold tenants accountable for loud noise volumes after hours and suspected illegal drug activity. I DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE FOR SENIOR LIVING.
Terrible place to live. Roach infested. Maintenance doesn't fix anything right. They tried to zip-tie the shelves in my closet. Obviously that don't work , so I had to hire a handyman. He fixed it right. This place is a joke. Couldn't even fix my smoke detector.
Roaching infested ,elevator don't work for months at a time.You have seniors out there living out there can't get wh they need to go to to doctor's appointments that ambulance come and get them they got take those people down steps it's sad You call the rent office they don't answer call maintenance no answer call security no answer and say it's saying it's sad
I’m giving it a star cos didn’t have a choice let me start off by saying when I applied for a 1 bedroom apartment they changed it and I was given a 2bedroom in which I was very disappointed even tho I had a voucher. I felt if you have a voucher there going to put you in 2bedroom cos they can get the most out of the voucher your portion u have to pay keeps increasing every year we seniors already have very little money coming from Social Security if that doesn’t matter to the owners . I was scheduled to have a tour on Saturday February 8 at 10 am. I arrived on time and was told no tours were conducted on Saturdays. I told the staff member that something must be wrong with the scheduling app because it scheduled my tour on a Saturday. Then she said, "Well, I can't leave the office because I'm the only one here." So apparently she was lying about not doing tours on Saturdays. So I wasted my time trying to get a tour but I did learn that Starling Village is NOT the place for me.
