Starling Village should have a higher Google Review rating than 3.2. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. The manager, Mrs. Bell and her staff have been nothing but kind and helpful to me. Mrs. Bell worked diligently with my sister during the move-in process as I was recovering from surgery. Starling Village has actually become therapeutic and a way of healing for me due to the day and night peaceful stillness. I feel safe here. Upon visiting the office looking for an apartment the staff was very helpful and extremely friendly. Everyone in the office went above and beyond to help. Keep up the great customer service ladies
The manager, Mrs Bell is the best. She took her time and helped me through the process.
Not a place to live. Staff young girl rude and nasty. Ms Bell uncaring only think money. My husband passed he was a veteran living there. I was there to clean out his apartment, to get his belongings and pick up his remains for memorial service. Ms Bell put me out of the apartment that nite of the Jan 14th, 2026. I tried to tell her I don't live here, jus trying to clean the apartment and get my husband belongings, she told me I had until 6pm that night.
