March 10, 2025 Update: I returned after about a month after my first appointment. The staff was very pleasant & so was Dr. Andrews. He told me that I would need an operation to fix the damage from a fall. I’m leaving on a trip, so we will deal with this when I return. I’ve increased the stars to 4 since this is what they deserve so far. I always update. Also, the facility has many other specialist services, including a lab for blood tests. Very well set up. I went for a broken nose after a fall. Dr. Kenneth Andrews saw me for less than 5 minutes but couldn’t wait to get out of there, as if I had the plague! I felt he was doing me a favor. I had questions but he was too busy to treat me like a human being with obvious concerns. I was just a client to him. He said I needed an operation since, after the fall, I can’t breathe through my left nostril & barely through my right one. I called Starling Physicians to schedule a new patient appointment with Dr. Smith. The receptionist booked me for the earliest available appointment, which was in May. However, I was placed on a cancellation list and my appointment was moved up to February. The customer service at this office is terrible. I was told my appointment was at 1 pm and to arrive 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork, OR to fill out the paperwork online before I arrived.
