We've been working with the Starline Team and their Turo business helping them with their cars and have been a pleasure to work with every time. We know we can depend on receiving a payment right after our guys take care of their cars. We'd highly recommend them and will continue working with them.
San Pedro is an unsung treasure in Southern California, and The Riviera is one of the gems within it. I started here temporarily as I scoped out different locations for a more permanent arrangement, and I just fell in love with the location, the beauty and the peace here. I reported to Caroline that a tenant from the 3rd floor was outside my window, drunk, harassing me, 1 day after I asked him not to look into my windows. She sided with him and didn't believe me. Worst experience ever. Lived there for 2 years, it was non stop issues from unit to unit. I lived in units #19, #9, #20, and #1. Caroline is a complete B word. Lousy property manager that does not take tenant safety seriously. Do not recommend for women traveling/living alone.
Put in an application, did a tour, Caroline basically said the place was mine and I was qualified through my Zillow and starline app, sent the deposit. 24 hours later had not heard anything from her or her team so i reached out to check on the lease status. She then says her team is working on it but they thought i got into some car accident and have more money in another account they want to see.
