I was there in 2012, while I was living there for about a year, the staff were abusive, rude, judgmental, careless and even had inappropriate relations with other residents. They did not care at all about anyone's well being or mental health. When my family came to visit they had a really bad opinion about the staff and how they approach things. This facility is very corrupt, unsafe, and disgusting as far as cleanliness.
Management is a mess; they need to step up their game
I'm rating based on the attitude of their people who work at Human Resources. Absolutely terrible customer/employee service; they are rude to college grads who have never been employed. If you've had trouble looking for work for over a year and have yet to build experience, they will be condescending of that. If you forget to read their fine print for job criteria, they will be rude towards your mistake, even though it is very poor of them to display such unprofessionalism.

When you come to think about getting some health services, this is not the right place to treat your kids to become better in their life and in society. This institution is a low and unthinkable place to treat your kids. Please! They don't train their staff properly and who knows where they found some of them who seem to be crazier than my kid!
