So,it wasn't terrible the whole time I lived there,although there was quite a bit of noise from neighbors since the walls and floors are paper thin,the guy next door would turn up the base when he played music,so alot of vibrations, then the person downstairs would slam doors,various times a day,several times a week,the management was sympathetic for a second then just stopped caring. So far, so good. Decent sized apartments, especially for the price. Convenient parking, great location, and fairly quiet for the city. And they allow pets! Overall, a hidden gem of the city.

Has tons of mold and horrible management!
