I hosted a backyard wedding and contacted Monali about 6 months before my wedding. I rented many items which included; cutlery, plates, glasses, table covers, coffee makers and even a cotton candy machine. The items were given to me a few days ahead of time which was great as it allowed us to plan out our arrangements a bit better. My interaction with the staff was kind and courteous; however they were a bit disorganized and didn't have all my items when I came to pick up. really knowledgeable and friendly staff, i wasn't really sure what theme i would go for and they were more than happy to share some ideas that turned out really well. will definitely be going back.
