RecommendedDr. Webb is awesome! I had a terrible previous experience with the younger Dr . Ford and she has restored my faith in the profession. She explained exactly what is wrong and why I need glasses vs contacts. Which is what I wanted to begin with and I am grateful. "let there be ljght!"😊
The front end customer service was horrible, I had a couple of questions one time and they made it a point to make sure I felt stupid for asking my questions. They almost had an expression on their face when I walked in like they didn’t want to deal with me.

Please note that I have tried to message this person to find out when he came in so I could address my staff (if needed - please see below). So far I have not received any response. Also, he is not in our database so we have never seen him as a patient nor have we made glasses for him. Likewise, my office manager doesn't recognize his name at all. My wife’s nosepiece broke off of her glasses and she was unable to wear them. This was not good due to the fact that she is totally blind without her glasses. So I took her to Starkville eye clinic for help. I’d like to thank dr. Webb and her staff for coming to the rescue and repairing the glasses in a timely fashion. Now my wife can see again and I won’t have to drive her everywhere!!

Dr. Webb is great, but horrible customer service at the front desk. i have been to this clinic countless times over the past 13 years.. my last visit’s bill was doubled and sent to collections all because my account information had gotten mixed up with two other people. i never received any notice that i even had an outstanding balance after insurance. when it was brought to their attention, she acknowledged that the account information was “screwed up”, but failed to take accountability because “they would lose money”. did ... read more

My husband and I both had eye exams. We were pleased with Dr. Webb and staff from beginning to end.
Dr. Webb is great and always listens to my concerns! The staff was friendly and a big help with helping me choose the right glasses for me. The price is also affordable!! I will be back!!
