Very disappointed in the way medical records were not processed out correctly. I’m still waiting on records to be released. Highly upset!
Dr. Starks hasn’t seen patients since February 2019 I have been told. Staff won’t say when she will. Everytime we have an appointment my son sees a different doctor which is terrifying to him. I haven’t been told when his next check-up will be nor what next shot he should get, like they have done in the past. Not to mention the billing issues that are quite frequent. For example we come in pay for an appointment, pay a deductible then are given a receipt which shows a huge credit for money owed to me???? I’m looking for anot... read more
Been a long time patient of Dr. Starks. They recently shut down permanently very abruptly. Just wondering if any others found this odd?
