My husband went for a haircut for a first time and the hairdresser name jules gave her phone number to my husband that he can text and book the appointment directly with her.i think this is unprofessional and it didn't feel right.

Called for a walk in haircut. I was told to come at 3:30 because the place would be empty. Arrived on time and the place truly was empty. No one at the front or waiting area and two people chatting in the salon, one of whom asked if I had an appointment. When I mentioned my phone call she excused herself and returned a few minutes later from a back room to say the person I talked to would be out in a couple of minutes. Something weird happened on August 2nd though I called and asked to be booked with Jules to which I was told no problem she will be there. I drove 30 minutes to get my hair cut that day, I said "I'm here for Jules at 2pm" the lady told me to sit and wait. A few minutes lady she proceeded to tell me to come to the chair which astounded me. I asked her where Jules was and she told me Jules wasnt coming in. Extremely Disappointing and Unprofessional Experience I booked an appointment at Starks Barber Company with high expectations based on their website and service descriptions. The service I selected was advertised as a 50-minute experience, which included a proper head and neck massage along with grooming. Unfortunately, the reality was completely different.
