Very rude and unprofessional. Made my family wait in a hot car,wouldn't even let them come in to use the restroom. Needles to say,I did not go through with my appointment with him and I rescheduled with another Dr. Also there was only two lights on in the office, very creepy and unpleasant experience.

I advise anyone who have family members with disabilities don't send your family members to this doctor very rude and unprofessional

From Ohio I was required to see Kenneth Starkey for a simple 90 day review. In Ohio I was diagnosed with severe PTSD. I previously received treatment from numerous doctors and Psychologists. My treatment is ongoing even now in Alabama since I moved a year ago. Dr. Starkey didn't seem interested in my symptoms which include nightmares, hallucinations, depression, and outbursts of extreme anger.
