Kelly Baker is an AWESOME personal trainer!!!!! She was made to train! She listens to your goals and trains each individual according to their abilities and strengths, at the same time pushing you to be your personal best. Since I have been training with her for the last year, I have lost weight, feel stronger, have more energy, sleep better.....the list goes on and on! I have more self confidence. This place is simply awesome! Plenty of equipment... cheap monthly prices... free daycare... great tanning beds... incredibly nice workers/owners... and the new cleaning lady has things sparkling� all around great gym!
No refunds for svc not used. Contract ended. Bad business practice
I loved it the owners are great they make sure that you have a great workout and the staff is really awesome I would recommend Starks body and fitness to any of my friends and family come out to Starks and get into shape and let's not forget about there tanning beds to give you that great tan.
A town the size of Benton that has a fitness facility like this is very blessed. Very clean. Great equipment. Child care. Awesome place to workout.
