Last summer I was told I could take once class for free to see if I liked it...I did and liked it so I joined for 2 months. Today I went to try the "bang" class...never taken it before when I asked the lady if I could try one class free...she said "NO" 5 bucks. She wasn't even nice about it...argumentative.

I just had a very negative run in withe the woman behind the counter. My sister and I (both close to 60) have been tanning there for several years. We both have limited incomes and prices are reasonable. A week ago, young male behind counter told us about 1/2 price tanning PKG but only on Feb 8. We come in, give our name and right in to tan. Don't stop and read numerous posters and signs. Just tan. Next week, same thing. Girl says don't miss Sat 8th for half price tan PKG. Sister working and I've been sick but got over there... read more

I'm sorry you missed the sale. We did have the hours of the sale posted next to the write in sheet for tanning, as well as everywhere throughout the gym. It was also posted 7 times on our page here. I'm sorry if you felt we were rude. Please allow me to look into this further and I will get back to you.
