Don’t waste your time. The two good vets who used to run Stark Street are gone. Drs. Barry and Powers actually cared and were like small town doctors with a great staff. This is a cold corporation who just bought the client list. They aren’t in it for you or your pets. It’s all for the money. Stark Street will be missed.
I used Well Haven in Minnesota and they were terrible but it was easier to transfer to the 99w location. Worst thing I ever did. Pompous vets who order unnecessary tests to bulk up the bill. Stark Street was wonderful to my family and my pets. Dr. Powers was an asset. He was the only reason I was willing to give them a try. That’s not happening at all. Run from this veterinary practice as fast as you can.
Too bad they don’t have Dr. Powers any longer. He was such a caring, sincere and capable doctor. He even got along well with pets who were scared or not so friendly. I’ll be looking for a new clinic now.
Wellhaven in Vancouver was complicit in killing my cat. Now that they bought out Stark Street and let Dr. Powers go I’ll be looking elsewhere. I too will seek out Dr. Powers. Just getting my records was such a hassle and they were so brash and rude. Whatever you do don’t take your furry family members here.
This place is terrible. My wait time for appointments is ridiculously long and I know they just moved but come on don’t overbook you aren’t an airline. Stark Street used to be so good. They ruined a terrific practice. Also I don’t know if Dr. Powers left due to how poorly they are run or if he was terminated but in losing him you’ll lose a lot of your clientele.

Very rude office staff. Prices increased and Care decreased. This was the worst move ever. I hope Dr. Powers finds a new clinic soon. I’ll follow him wherever he goes. Big mistake letting him go.
