I went to Stark Street Animal Clinic for Dr. Powers. My dogs loved him and we lived his honesty and caring. Sad I have to find somewhere new.
Why in the world would you fire dr powers 😡😡 I’m sorry but i would rather have a honest vet then one that charges you up the Butt and makes you see them more often. I will not be back with my animals. This is very upsetting
They lost my business the day Dr. Powers was let go! Dr. Powers was my animals vet for many, many, many years. He will be sorely missed by my animals and myself. He was not just a vet to us he was a old time friend who I trusted fully with my furbabies! It’s hard to find a good vet and vet clinic these days. Most clinics are corporate owned and they only care about making money. We won’t be back. Dr. Powers has been awesome with our cat for many years. He was the only reason we were returning after the change in ownership. His absence has changed the entire atmosphere of the clinic as well as tainted the Stark Street upstanding reputation.
I called to get my dog's medication refilled and was told that I needed to establish care with one of their new vets to continue to get his medication. I understand that. When I went to pick it up, the cost had gone from $56 to $86. Big price increase but, as I was there I just went ahead and paid it. In the past he always got a 60 day supply. firing dr gary powers was a big mistake on the part of the new owners of this clinic, I have been a customer of this clinic for many years they had great staff, great doctors, and cared about your pets!! my girlfriend and I had powers as our vet at companion and followed him to stark street, now we will follow him to his next clinic!!! I will at some point in the near future be coming in to retrieve ALL of my pets medical records so I will have them for the next clinic we decide on using or when we find dr powers next clinic... read more
An unethical, cold veterinary practice. Overpriced with cold team members and vets. Letting Dr. Powers go was a huge mistake. I’ll be going elsewhere.
