This company marked a home as a mobile home instead of manufactured and will not update the appraisal to the correct standing even with title documents to prove it is a mobile home on a VA loan. They are delaying the closing and now I have a homeless veteran because of it until they resolve the issue. Never do business with this company.
these morons don't understand aspects of their own industry. i got an appraisal on RENTAL PROPERTY based on the sales comparison when there are no sales to compare to as all similar properties are apartments. Maybe i spoke to an idiot at the front desk, but apparently a RENTAL property is "not income producing"
