Do not go here and do not trust this dealership. Jarod is shady - sent me a purchase agreement only to tell me 3 minutes later they sold the car to someone else. Bait and switch - do not recommend. You need to trust where you buy your car. Very happy I found a better vehicle from an honest dealership. Move on...many more cars out there.
Monday 4/1/2024, 10;30ish AM after confirming with the beltline location that the 2014 Nissan Versa Note SV my wife wanted "I told her get the Altima from someone in Janesville!" but it was at the Mashall location, and that it needed an inspection and detailing but they had no further info and thus needed to call the other location. This is the best service I've ever received from a dealership! There was no pressure to buy and everyone was so helpful and nice. They were extremely accommodating and got me into a car I loved for a great price! Mikel has gone above and beyond! I would HIGHLY recommend Stark and would buy from here again myself!

This is by far the best car dealership I have dealt with. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to get me the car I wanted. Even after buying my car their great customer service continued, they continue to be very helpful. I was so pleased with them that I took my son there to buy his car. I will definitely be going back when I need another vehicle. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good used vehicle.

Experience was very pleasant, the only minor issue was that Mikel didn't have all the answers to the questions about the car. However that is partially due to the fact that it had just come in. I didn't end up choosing the car because it didn't fit me, but I would recommend Stark to new buyers.
