I terminated my contract with Stark today after 3 years with them. Up until now we’ve had great customer service and have always felt taken care of by Chuck. We expressed that we wanted to make a change and wanted our lawns to be chemical free and only treat the inside. Chuck expressed pest concerns by pulling back on services, but I insisted.
