Lauren, the showroom manager is awesome! Super knowledgeable, nice & cares a lot about you & your experience. Hard to find someone like that nowadays! Highly recommend to everyone!
Stay as far away from this place as possible. The folks are RUDE and inconsiderate. One of the account managers Annette was extremely unprofessional. Its amazing they stay in business. Beautiful rugs...but I would not spend another red cent here. If you are a designer there are a myriad of options here in orange county.
