Joe, a plumber, came out, on time, checked what was wrong, gave me a quote, did the work and now all is well again!! My only negative comment would be to tell your employees to offer the senior discount to an obvious senior rather than the senior have to ask for it! Joe was great! And I have peace of mind again!!
UPDATED REVIEW: I was contacted by the owner of the company and he explained things in more detail to me in regards to the charges we originally had for the repair. Perhaps some things were not properly communicated at the time of the service, but I appreciate the fact they spent some extra time to get things sorted out.
Very very disappointed with this company. They turned a minor plumbing issue into a huge one with an outrageous estimation. This company will overcharge you and after that, they will try to overcharge you again. We were promised they would waive their inspection service fee if the repair was done by them, but at the end of the service of course they were trying to charge for their already expensive repair, plus the service fee on top. This is a very unprofessional company and a total rip off. Stay away!!
