We are so pleased with ED (Robert) our tech replacing the fan on our outside unit. He has done a stellar job, and was very professional, going above and beyond. We have always had good service from Stark.

I was going over my elderly mother's budget and saw that she is paying $230 a month to lease a furnace and condenser for 8 years from Stark. Starks total installation cost was $16880. That was over 3years ago. Doing some research, I see that the average cost for installation of heating and air conditioning is $5000 to $12500 for a home that does not have duct work and $3400 to $4600 for home with duct work. Warning do not let these people in your home. Quote me a 12,000 job for a 3500 hundred job. They charged 399.00 to say they found the leak and wanted to did a hole in my foundation right away so I would have to pay 12,000. I paid the 399.00 and send them on their way. If you let them in your home watch them closely, I had some old Crown Royal cup siting on my fireplace along with many other cups to find some missing. No one had been in my home but the Three of them.

I've been on Stark Air's maintenance plan for several years and have been very happy with the service they provide. Eli was the technician that came out to check and service my furnace. He was knowledgeable and courteous. If you need anything done to your heating or cooling system, I suggest you call Stark Air and ask for Eli to be your technician.

My very busy Husband hired them to install entire unit, including return air install-6 years ago. Husband signed up for their $80 quarterly checkup. Big mistake. The service technician always finds multiple issues. We still have to provide our own air filter. Nonsense. They reported our condenser is (about) to go out. Suddenly, there is mold on the unit with dirty socks smell. Never heard of that. Why don’t they address the condensation in the beginning? Close to $800 to (repair). Received outstanding professional service from Jason Vasquez of Stark Air. Jason was very friendly and thorough in conducting the required maintenance on my air condition unit. Asked for Freon check ,when trainee & some other person arrived they names off about 5 things wrong with my air conditioner,I told them that’s crazy it is only 5 years old.I told the m to leave and called metro air ,they came out ,cleaned outside unit ,then everything worked fine.stark wants to charge me $79 for incorrect information.they sent a trainee to my house this is very on professional! Don’t think I should have to pay. Very dissatisfied with stark air!

Jeremy and Antoine were professional, proficient and honest. They were able to save an additional $300 from our initial quote as certain work/repairs were not warranted. I would very highly recommend them.

I had an issue with my thermostat which turned into a more complex problem which has resulted in getting a new system.Clark who was the technician was helpful and hopefully this will result in a more efficient heating/cooling system..reading some of the other reviews makes me pretty wary however.
