Ordered flowers severals days ahead for delivery on May 8th. The delivery location is pretty close to the flower shop at 51st ave and glendale shop is at 59th and glendale,recipient receives a call well after 6pm and business is closed. Recipient asked for them to be delivered to their home since business was closed. They asked if they could deliver them to some mechanic shop near the business and was told no why would you do that they dont work there or have any affiliation with the mechanic shop. I had ordered the flowers to be delivered to Virginia Beach which is supposedly where they're located and they could not deliver? Sarah quick to charge my card but took forever to get the credit
Ordered online from out of town for my friend. Ordered at 9:15am for same day delivery and by 6pm hasn’t arrived. Didn’t get a call text or email letting me know of a delay. Just charged my account. Don’t recommend.
