Chef Carrol is truly amazing! When I was studying for my ServSafe Manager test, she went above and beyond to help me prepare — and thanks to her guidance, I passed! She’s not only a great chef, but also an incredible supporter of people in the community. I’m still connected with her today and remain so grateful for her kindness, knowledge, and dedication. Highly recommend!
