GREAT BUILDERS & great community.
We love our new home! It was almost perfect at delivery and so far so good with no issues. Definitely a few levels above any other production builder in CO. I have seen the care they put into everything they plan and develop and feel like they really took pride in providing the best home possible for the price.
I own a home here and regret the purchase. It’s heartbreaking to know the builder uses the cheapest labor and products.
