Have gone with my wife here many times. As a few reviews stated it’s hit or miss on customer service. The owners of overbook and techs can’t keep up. My last two visits have been very disappointing and Kevin the owner has a whole book of excuses as to why. We are always punctual and appreciate when others do the same. I’m m not talking about 10 minutes but today it was 35 mins soaking in a tub of water waiting on my assigned tech to finish another job. Not sure we’ll go back even though it’s convenient. This place is an absolute gem! Been there twice now, and from booking to getting seated, to service and friendliness, to ambiance- it not only checks all the boxes, but exceeds expectations! I’m a new(ish) mom and my schedule is very busy. Kevin greeted me over the phone when I asked for availability yesterday, and 15 mins later I was sitting in the chair for my mani pedi!
