Very disorganized! I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but the reviews do not lie. They will cancel appointments and not inform you then call to get you rescheduled based on their time. They cancelled my son's reoccurring appointment due to a computer error. Instead of informing me they called me the day of to get him rescheduled after calling me to confirm his schedule 4 days prior. Please do not leave your Childs mental health up to them.
Constantly canceling important appointments due to overbooking. Turn over rate is so high that they lack experienced staff to run the facility properly. I’ve been fighting to get the same appointment scheduled for 3 months and they are now canceling on me again today.
the therapist I have is great, but trying to get your calls returned from the office is a headache. I called on two separate days trying to reschedule an appointment with my psychiatrist, and they never pick up or call back even after leaving detailed voice messages. now I don't know when I'll be able to see my psychiatrist for medication that I will be out of in three days since I wasn't able to reschedule.
