There is no air conditioning, which means that in summer you will suffer from heat and in winter from cold. No hay aire acondicionado en los apartamentos en verano sufrirás calor y en invierno frío no te pase lo que a mi que ahora tengo que aguantar casi el año por no ver las reseñas

I lived there in 1976-78. They were new then. Certainly not luxury but nice to us. We'd had worse. The heater was radiant heat adjusted per room. Kept us very warm. The AC was a tiny window unit that only cooled the living room and over heated quickly and shut down until nightfall. Rent for a 2 bdrm was $140 month. (Minimum wage was $2.30 hr. I lived here before the remodel. I just wanted to say, there’s no “extra amenities” post remodel. There’s no central heating or air in the units. You’ll freeze in the winters and overheat in the summers. There’s no dishwasher. There’s no fan or vent above the oven, there used to be one but they took it out. Take it from someone who used to live here for years, I know the ins and outs. Don’t let them bedazzle you with all the “new things”. You can find better places with actual amenities around, for a cheaper price😉

Whole families uprooted because of the apartment complex being sold to new management. 30 day notices handed out close to midnight the night the contracts ended. Some people even received less than 30 days. Just a disappointing & overall heartless situation.
