Came here years ago to get my ring cleaned and when I came back to pick it up the worker and manager said the diamond came off while cleaning and they wanted to charge me extra money to fix it even though they’re the ones who mishandled it. I refused and took it back to where I purchased the ring who told me they would have used excessive force as there is no way a ring that I’ve been wearing everyday for 5yrs would do that. terrible store, do not come here for any purchase, they are very unhelpful and provide rude customer service
I purchased a 9ct gold ring from this place and it broke TWICE in less than 1 year. I don’t know what these people are selling but it’s definitely not gold, more like overpriced plastic. I tried getting a refund after it broke the first time (less than 1 month after buying) and they refused, they would only repair it. Clearly they did a terrible job. Save yourself the time and money and shop elsewhere.
