terrible store, do not come here for any purchase, they are very unhelpful and provide rude customer service
I purchased a 9ct gold ring from this place and it broke TWICE in less than 1 year. I don’t know what these people are selling but it’s definitely not gold, more like overpriced plastic. I tried getting a refund after it broke the first time (less than 1 month after buying) and they refused, they would only repair it. Clearly they did a terrible job. Save yourself the time and money and shop elsewhere.
Always have had a great experience here, the staff is very helpful and they have beautiful pieces.
