We work with Starclaire for all of our business needs. They do an amazing job! Staff is always very warm and welcoming when we call - even when we call last minute. Recipients love the floral arrangements! We don't order flowers from anyone else!

Horrible experience. Rude people. Take or leave it attitude. Unfortunately I had no choice but to take it. Would never recommend them. They cannot take criticism. It’s your fault if it doesn’t look good because I picked out the wrong ribbon in her opinion. Everyone else was slammed so I couldn’t get a replacement. They wouldn’t fix it. Lesson learned. My sons date will have to sport the redneck clown gaudy corsage to prom. It resembles that of a mini funeral arrangement. So sad and frustrated.
Gorgeous and unique flower arrangement; delivered first thing in the morning for my relative’s birthday so she could enjoy them all day. Very pleased! Thank you!

I ordered a plant arrangement for my aunt's memorial service via email and asked them to call if needed, at their convenience. I received a call from Starclaire within the hour! They were so professional and helpful and answered all my questions. I had asked for pink roses to be added as my aunt liked pink and roses. Starclaire did a beautiful job and created exactly what was requested! (The photo in the comments was taken at a gathering after the service.)
Horrific experience ! Horrible at customer service and even worse at flower arrangements, the flowers were dead with 24 hours and they blamed us for them dying!!! The new arrangement that we received was ugly and none of the flowers were even in water they were just laying on top of the vase! I called and left a message and called back again after not hearing anything for 2 days and when I told them I had to throw them away because they died in about 3 hours they said they never got my message and continued to yell at me say... read more
