RecommendedOnce you have experienced the Starchie’s customer service, you will not go anywhere else. It had just began to rain and David provided curbside service with a smile. I didn’t have to leave the comfort of my car.

Love love love Starchies!! David is great! We've used them for about 3 years now. They know you by name, pickup to/from your car & are proactive about any potential issues (stubborn stains, broken buttons, etc). HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Yes they have great customer service. Yes the manager remembers your name. Yes we enjoyed our first few experiences. But they ruined two of my wife's favorite shirts. And didn't even tell us!!!!! They just left a little note on only one of them saying they were sorry but they couldn't get the stain out. But the stain wasn't there before! I could not be more upset right now! Whoever handled her clothes needs to be confronted and re-trained in a serious way. We will not be giving them another cent of our business
