Long service, made an error on my order that made me wait another 25min.
I ordered cold brew online (2025 June 19 13:30) but when I got there, the barista told me that there’s no cold brew today. Instead, he just offered me iced coffee! No refund! No other options! The worst service I have ever had!
I'm not a fan of this location... at 6 am 20 min. after ordering to get a coffee. That's 30 min. if you're standing in line to order! Wow!. I get it. They are busy, but servers do NOT need to be rude on top of it all... No one deserves the kind of attitude they are serving up with their coffee. Shame. I hate to say I would go back, but they have a captive audience.
