Stopped by Starbucks hoping to cool down with a Frappuccino, so I was genuinely surprised to find out they were completely out of ice — especially in the middle of summer! 🧊☀️ Understandably, things can run out from time to time, but no ice at a coffee shop during the hottest season was definitely unexpected. A tad disappointing, especially when you walk in already dreaming about that cold Frappuccino!
I paid by cash and they gave me less amount of exchange that I should have because the staff said ‘that’s what I had for you’. Ridiculous service
I had a very disappointing experience at the Starbucks near Gate C45 in Terminal C at IAH Airport. The employee who helped me, Juliana, asked for my name twice, yet she still failed to enter it correctly. There were three of us, and we watched about 20 customers receive their orders while ours never came up. When we finally asked what was happening, we were told that our order had never been properly entered because our name wasn’t added.
