I attempted to order a Mango Dragonfruit Energy drink from the barista at the counter. The price was $7.75 (see photo) yet he wanted to charge a dollar more for an already overpriced drink. He said it is what the register is presenting on his screen. I said three different times and ways that he had to honor the price advertised and he said he couldn't. So I canceled my order. Not surprised this Starbucks has such a low rating. Ask for an item to be warmed and the barista got upset and then the other baristas proceeded to talk about it as if I couldn’t hear them. Customer service here is non existent and that’s just the basics.
Was pretty shocked at how rude and unprofessional the employees working today around 3 pm were. None of them smiled and looked very unhappy to be there. The cashier actually significantly raised her voice at a customer. It makes me not want to go to Starbucks elsewhere either
