Lanaya was great. She handled herself well and made sure to get the orders out with only 2 ppl at work. No one deserves an attitude from those showing up to work during this shutdown. Thank you.
One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. One of the girls at the cashier even has her name tag reversed bc she knows she's rude and has a pin on her apron that says "fun fact.. I don't care".
I had a very disappointing experience at this Starbucks. The cashier had a very unfriendly attitude from the beginning. When I asked for a cup of hot water, she refused and insisted that I had to purchase something first. I’m a regular Starbucks customer, so I was surprised by this response. very rude lady charged me twice for a drink while trying to issue me a refund because they was out of stock on product just very unpleasant. Don’t spend your money here. Oh and the person that messed up my order was 442314 Lanaya. You can tell she didn’t want to be there.
I had a very unpleasant experience at this store today. I placed an order and waited for about 30 minutes, but no one seemed to know where my order was. When I first asked, one employee told me another barista was making it. When I asked the second barista, she said “Ma’am, I’m making it,” but after waiting longer I realized that no one actually knew what was happening with my order.
