Probably the worst Starbucks I’ve been to. Extremely slow service, extremely bad attitudes, lines halfway to electronics and Nobody taking customer orders. Five employees walking around doing any task but orders and the one employee working the register would take an order and walk off to do other things for five to ten minutes in between each persons transaction. This is the second Starbucks that we have stopped at on the island that was not complete trash. The one in Ala Moana Mall is horrible and the one in Waikiki Target is horrible but we were in a hurry and decided to give this one a chance. Davin hooked it up on our two rather complicated beverages and didn't miss a great. He memorized both whole making them then ring us up and got it all right. He is probably way to smart for this job but Starbucks would be stupid to let him go.
Not so good latte and acceptable service. The sitting area was huge, but very few tables? Huh? People just stood in the middle waiting or having their coffees standing up. The best thing here? It sells chocolate that looked a lot like Target’s famous terrier. Also, this place was using paper lids. A small win for our environment.
