Not so good latte and acceptable service. The sitting area was huge, but very few tables? Huh? People just stood in the middle waiting or having their coffees standing up. The best thing here? It sells chocolate that looked a lot like Target’s famous terrier. Also, this place was using paper lids. A small win for our environment.

Very incompetent barista. The drink had no name and was sitting there forever. When I finally got it, it looked like someone had already taken a sip—absolutely gross. Her attitude was terrible—she wasn’t the least bit apologetic, just extremely entitled. Where is their manager? It's unbelievable.
Probably the worst Starbucks I’ve been to. Extremely slow service, extremely bad attitudes, lines halfway to electronics and Nobody taking customer orders. Five employees walking around doing any task but orders and the one employee working the register would take an order and walk off to do other things for five to ten minutes in between each persons transaction.
