You know what reeeeeeaaally sucks? Getting your order wrong. Twice…. And with attitude. I wasn’t getting any response from the woman at the terminal and zero apologies from anyone else. I reluctantly ordered a tall 12oz breve latte without foam and 2 sugars for $11+. What I got had foam.. so at $.95/oz I asked to get it corrected. Totally unacceptable experience. I placed my order at 5:05 AM, and by 5:35 AM my matcha still wasn’t ready. During that time, they kept preparing drinks for people who arrived much later than I did (some around 5:30 AM). I complained, but nothing was done. Eventually I asked for a refund, and at first they refused. After insisting for a while, they finally agreed, but then tried to refund me less money than what I paid. Staff was rude! And argumentative! Service took forever and drinks came out 10 minutes before food! Save your money don’t visit this location!!!
