On January the 7th we arrived to Houston from Rio de jainero, our last flight home was scheduled to depart from gate c39. We tried to get a coffee before we were call to board. I was so disappointed to find the worst Starbucks service I have ever experienced, and I am a fan. There were a bunch of staff, almost all women, talking amoung them, and caring nothing for the tens of customers waiting to get their orders.
