The absolute worst customer service possible.
Painfully slow for a pike coffee. Took over 30min with a mobile order. Mobile order stated it would take 5-7min. I feel we could all plan better if the app was updated on timing to complete the order. I ended up having to walk away after I paid for my drink. Unfortunate.
Seesh - hope you're not in any kind of hurry or don't have to catch a flight. Incredibly slow service. No sense of urgency behind the counter. My mobile order took over 20 minutes from ordering until ready - ugh. Frustrating, but lots of room for improvement.
