I overheard who I assume is a manager call a customer a "he-she" and then started spewing bible verses. absolutely unacceptable.
the staff were incredibly rude as i had to wait over 25 mins and i couldn’t even order because “orders were backed up” although the screen only showed 4 orders and there was more than enough people working. i always order on the app but it only let me do starbucks gift card and i do not have one. the staff kept telling me that they weren’t going to take my order and i had to order on the app. then they went on their phone and went to the back. i just don’t understand how you could be so rude.
Unfortunately, this was the Starbucks with the rudest and slowest staff I’ve experienced. Very disappointing service.
Paying over $7 bucks for a shit cappuccino in a nearly empty cup - grrr
