Not friendly
Could not order because employee does not have a login into terminal. Both locations incapable of taking an in person order and seemingly unaware of customers presence.
Very rude personnel
I came for coffee Monday 1/26/26 and the young lady told me they closed at 8:30 idk I find that hard to believe when the restaurants closed at 9pm around then but you know how these big corporations are they allow their employees to pre close so they can walk out at the time they close which is amazing being that customers pay wages and establishments to stay open and ones in the airport we pay for our flights as well so not being able to get service for something we pay for always feels like a rip off!!!
