Terrible service at this Starbucks in the Milwaukee airport. While waiting for my flight, I had to listen to an employee with red hair yell to her coworker about “text and drive” in a joking way. As someone who just lost a family member and was traveling for that reason, this was extremely insensitive and upsetting to hear. On top of that, the service was rude—when someone asked if they were closed, the response was, “does it not look like we are?” Employees were loud, unprofessional, and swearing. Vikram was in a bad mood when he made my drink today. From the time I ordered until I had my drink was 12 minutes. During that time I watched him make several drinks including two the same as mine. He used one container, but when that container was empty instead of getting the right product, he used a second container with a different label. I had to wait a long time to be served, and then even longer to get the service. They never gave me my order. Only one person was serving, very poor service, and they didn't refund my money either!
