I would give zero stars if I could. I am currently at the Milwaukee airport in concourse D and have never experienced such “interesting” service. First, there was no line or anyone waiting for service. There were two patrons sitting in the cafeteria area drinking coffee. It was empty. I went to the counter to order and at the told me she was temporarily closed. I asked when she would reopen and her response was “when I get help.” I asked if she would at let me buy hot water and she said “no, not until I get help.” So, since ... read more
Why would you not turn on mobile orders when you only have 2 people working? It is a waste of time to have ppl waiting in a long line to order when ppl could just order on the app.
Five minutes ago I watched them mess up three orders in a row before I got mine. Terrible.
Rude customer service and did not make the drink I ordered. Wouldn’t correct their mistake either. Waited over 30 minutes not because they were busy but because of extremely slow workers.
