Rude customer service and did not make the drink I ordered. Wouldn’t correct their mistake either. Waited over 30 minutes not because they were busy but because of extremely slow workers.
The employees were EXTREMELY rude. It took 20 minutes for 1 drink. My drink I did order was made completely wrong. There were no alterations to it as it was right off their menu. Absolutely disgusting. They should be ashamed of themselves and this location needs to be shut down until employees can be properly trained in how to make drinks and how to respect others.
I flew into Milwaukee today for a short 3-day trip and honestly didn’t know much about the city, but my first experience here was amazing. I stopped at the Starbucks in the D Concourse at MKE Airport and was immediately greeted with smiling faces and some of the best hospitality I’ve experienced in a long time.
