I attended this Starbucks with high hopes of surprising my beloved sister with her favorite drink. I wasn’t given the Starbucks quality customer service promised, and left disappointed when the barista refused to make me a Frappuccino. No explanation was given to me as of why the blenders were closed for the day, and I was not given any apology for my inconvenience. Terrible service at this Starbucks in the Milwaukee airport. While waiting for my flight, I had to listen to an employee with red hair yell to her coworker about “text and drive” in a joking way. As someone who just lost a family member and was traveling for that reason, this was extremely insensitive and upsetting to hear. On top of that, the service was rude—when someone asked if they were closed, the response was, “does it not look like we are?” Employees were loud, unprofessional, and swearing.
