The baristas are ALWAYS super kind and congenial... but my order is NEVER right, and on the RAREST of occasions that it actually is correct, they make it poorly and so it tastes awful. Ive tried several times, at several different times of day bc the location is convenient to my job and the workers are sweethearts. But i just cant keep going back to place that routinely ruins my order. Today I had to wait an additional 8 min while they remade the drink (bc it was made wrong) and when I finally got it, it tasted awful AGAIN. ... read more
Always an easy and good experience
Really enjoy coming to Starbucks. The atmosphere is always comfortable, clean, and great for relaxing or getting work done. The staff is usually very friendly and welcoming, and drinks are made quickly even during busy hours. The coffee quality is consistently good, and there are so many options depending on what you’re in the mood for — from classic espresso drinks to seasonal favorites and refreshers. ok just one star cause i been waiting for 15 almost 20 mins everything else is ok and i never ever write reviews but holy it’s always this starbucksplzz get more staff or something if it’s gonna be this long of a wait i understand completely as a server myself just plz support your employees better for faster and better service as i know it is stressful. hope things get better around here soon🫶
