I normally never write reviews, but this experience really bothered me. I’ve been to this location many times through the drive-thru and have never had a problem—the staff is usually very friendly. Today I accidentally ordered my drink hot instead of iced on a mobile order and immediately apologized when I came in. The barista did remake it, but she seemed very annoyed the entire time. I called and asked if I could get a pup cup for my pup without a purchase and was told over the phone that yes I could, so then I drove there only to be told 5 minutes after the call that I could not get a pup cup without purchase which is why I had called ahead of time to ask before going there. Nothing wrong with the policy but don't tell a customer one thing on the phone and another the opposite when they arrive.
I got a weird feeling after I said “yes sir” in the drive thru when ordering. I never have had a bad experience at this location but it was very off that even the tag on the cup says “upside down” but it wasn’t. Yes I could have pointed it out but the energy was off. I’ll mix my own Macchiato today I guess.
I stopped by on Saturday 2/7 around 4 p.m. and was met with an extremely long line wrapped into the Circle K. There was also a lot of trash accumulated outside, which was off-putting. To top it off, my Strawberry Shortcake Frappe was watery and not worth the $6+ I paid. It seems like the team might need more support on weekends to keep things up to standard.
