This was a disappointing and unacceptable experience at this Starbucks location on April 13, 2026, during an early morning visit around 5:30 AM while commuting to work. I ordered a Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino (grande) with an extra shot—specifically a drink that includes the signature crunch topping. Michelle ( I really hope I don’t botch that but I’m sure I did) last name starts with a U lol. Absolute angel. Mom of 2 under 2 and my coffee showed up destroyed. I called up there to ask about bags and just to see if it was worth reordering ( the big bags shook my coffee around). Point of the story- she found bags and offered me two coffees for my messed up one. I quite literally cried on the phone I needed that generosity today even if it was a simple coffee.
Came in the drive through with a broken phone and the barista Blair was so sweet. They were reassuring us that our day would get better! They added more positivity to an already bad day, so sweet!
Scanned my app and did not receive my points. Cashier scanned my app takes my money and goes to another register, comes back and says sorry I had to turn off this register and when I proceed to let her know that because of what she did I now didn't get my points, says sorry there's nothing I can do, trys to hand me a $4 card ( I spent $10) , manager comes over and plays in my face , scans my app again hands me a receipt that says $0, MAM!!!
