Alani is a wonderful leader for her starbucks team! She’s very uplifting, and her personality is warm and inviting. She paid perfect attention to detail when taking my order, and then proceeded to make my order perfect as well! If you want a perfect drink, make sure you ask for Alani! Nothing but 5 stars all around!
Alani, if you are reading this, let your customers finish saying their order before you interrupt with your questions, cutting people off when they are still speaking is just plain rude. If you were patient and professional enough to listen til the end, you wouldn’t even had to ask anything. Not even sure why someone with an attitude like this is even in the customer service industry, hardly any passion at all with their job.
I ordered an eggnog latte, and as usual when I go to Starbucks, I requested it to be made with oat milk instead of whatever is standard. The young kid ringing me up said I couldn’t customize it because it came with a “set” recipe. I call BS. Starbucks is known for customizing! Anyway, just thought I’d warn people about that when going to this Starbucks.
I ordered a small pumpkin spice latte with cream and when I opened the lid it’s only about 3/4 full. The cup felt light when I picked it up but wow! $6 for this! The same happened last year at this Starbucks and I thought it was a fluke—guess not!
