I ordered an eggnog latte, and as usual when I go to Starbucks, I requested it to be made with oat milk instead of whatever is standard. The young kid ringing me up said I couldn’t customize it because it came with a “set” recipe. I call BS. Starbucks is known for customizing! Anyway, just thought I’d warn people about that when going to this Starbucks.
I ordered a small pumpkin spice latte with cream and when I opened the lid it’s only about 3/4 full. The cup felt light when I picked it up but wow! $6 for this! The same happened last year at this Starbucks and I thought it was a fluke—guess not!
I ordered the Tomato Mozzarella on Focaccia, but it was not fresh at all — really disappointing. The sandwich tasted old, and even the drink I got wasn’t great either. I usually enjoy Starbucks, but this time the quality was far below expectations.
Service here is so slow the wait times are even longer than the ones at sit down coffee shops which is ridiculous for Starbucks. The cashier will also often leave the register when there is a line.
This Starbucks inside Target (westgate). Service Ok but kind of had to wait long (to be served). I think the girl was by herself and only one person cashiering and making drinks. My bf ordered a Frappicino Mocha ( cold drink). It just was not very good. It taste like she put bunch of chocolate powder or chocolate but almost no coffee flavour.
