Oh God it’s horrible.. I love the fact that there’s a Starbucks in this black neighborhood but I wish they would get it together. They can’t find anything, they don’t have 90% of the menu, the girl behind the counter doesn’t know how to make the drinks, and it’s always dirty behind the counter. I order a drink with cream instead of milk and got a cup full of half and half with very little coffee in it, overflowed from where they spilled the cream all over it when they made the drink.
Started off with 3 employees working behind the counter then in seconds it ended up with 2 employees. You could tell that something wasn't right and the energy with the Starbucks employees was off! My drink toke 20 min. My first time ever receiving this type of service at this Starbucks location.
