Been standing here for 10 minutes at 430pm. No workers. Not sure if they just leave for break and the stand is unattended? But this is precisely why I hate store front Starbucks. Destroys the Starbucks brand because this type of nonsense would never happen at an actual Starbucks store. If people have to leave the place unattended that means you need to hire more people or hire competent people or a combination of the two.

I would give this location a zero if I could. Horrible customer service, especially the barista Sheree and the manager, Anthony. Disgusting attitudes and service with the both of them! I will never be back at this location. I will take my money elsewhere where there's good customer service. I have already called corporate and reported both Anthony and Sheree hopefully they will get handled. Luckily I was fully refunded by corporate.
