5/5 stars for the baristas and baristas only. Management? 1/5. Corporation? 1/5. I’ve been going here for the 4 years I’ve lived here. Everyone working out front has been amazing. I wish I knew names so I could mention them. I recently picked up a coffee, realized it had a random cartoon drawn on it, and was confused. Looked into it. Apparently Starbucks is now requiring employees to “draw”(???) on the cups to make stores more favorable. Wtaf. Baristas are the ones who keep this company in business. I work remotely, so when I decide to get out of the house, this is my go to spot to work. The location is spacious and refined, but my favorite part about this Starbucks is everyone who works here. They are all so accommodating, friendly, and welcoming - and they always go above and beyond. Couldn't thank them enough for the great experience I have every time I come here.
I paid for my coffee with a gift card. It said approved. The person at the counter tells me it didn’t go through. I slide it again, it says approved. She tells me it didn’t go through again. The gift card number wasn’t working for me to show her the transactions. So I left because I’m not paying for the same coffee 3 times.
I’ve been living on the island for quite a while, and I can’t understand why this particular Starbucks serves cappuccinos with less than half a cup filled. I travel a lot and often drink coffee at Starbucks in different countries, but I’ve never seen anything like this anywhere else. They make so much foam that the actual drink ends up sitting just at the bottom. Why even offer a large cup if it’s practically empty? It’s convenient to stop by here for coffee, but it’s really disappointing that they seem to be cutting corners... read more
