This review is for the airside branch in Terminal 2. I showed up mid-morning with lots of customers around, and received a cup of stale brewed coffee, indicating trouble with quality control or following SOP. Workers looked somewhere between comatose and suicidal. Prices charged were jacked up and higher than what's being charged in the city. This place needs an intervention. Date visited: 5 April 2026
My partner ordered a hot cafè latte grande at the counter. We waited for 15 mins; no hot cafè latte, but many cold drinks made for other customers who ordered after us. Asked one of the staff. She said "Sorry, we're back log". Waited another 5 mins (at 20-min mark); no drink. Told the same girl it has been 20 mins and we ordered it from the counter. FINALLY she asked another staff to make the cafè latte. I told my partner that Starbucks sucks and it's overrated. He finally believes me. Paid $8.12 USD for crap drinks and crap... read more
Don't use the app here, they'll ignore it. I waited 35 minutes for my order and it only got completed after I inquired.
Not a good experience. Understaffed and coffee machines out of service with no organization on when your order was ready. Big crowd at the spot where orders were to picked up manhandling other people’s food.
