I never write negative reviews but I was actually so appalled by the service here that I feel the need to say something. When I got here, there were only 3 people in line, including me. However, the baristas were talking to each other and not really making anything. Then, the line started to get longer which is when they finally started making people’s drinks. The cashier, Eimy, refused to acknowledge me throughout the whole transaction. When I walked up, they just gave me a dirty look when I said “Hi”, and didn’t say anything else until I started my order. When I paid, they didn’t offer my receipt nor redirect me to the pickup area, they literally just stared off into the distance acting like I wasn’t there anymore and refused to say a single word to me. The whole interaction left a bad taste in my mouth, this is a horrible person to be representing Starbucks.
FYI all four baristas during our visit refused to accept United meal vouchers here. Not acceptable level of service for within an airport.

Got breakfast here this morning and witnessed a moment that really stood out. One of the cashiers (asian man in his 40s) quietly and graciously offered a meal at no charge to a duo who appeared to have special needs. The kindness, dignity, and genuine care he showed them were truly commendable. Acts of compassion like that remind us that small gestures can make a meaningful difference.
