Very slow at making drinks , and half the time I get charged waaaay more than what the drink costs because the guy that has been on the cash register reads the numbers wrong 😑 drink cost $4.85 he will charge you $5.84 . Can’t use your points , the scanner doesn’t work and always out of cold brew .
As a regular customer here I was really grossed out finding a bug under the lid. After 3 customer service calls, (one guy not responding on the phone), we were able to talk to a specialist.
Place is awful. It’s always out of stuff the staff don’t know what they are doing they are slow!!!! I ordered a venti honey citrus tea and was the only one there and waited almost 30min it’s ridiculous. Just go to the Tim’s or another Starbucks outside of campus it’s not worth it here
This is not the real Starbucks coffee. Starbucks had all their business and supply done in house they would never outsource when it is a publicly traded company that is audited annually for the best interest of investors. If I were a shareholder, I would sell all my stocks as soon as possible.
