I ordered three large drinks with a sandwich and they charged me $27 and two days before that I bought the same thing in small drinks and they charged me $25. I don't find any logic in this purchase. Another thing is that today they made a mistake with the sandwich and they served me reluctantly. Also, I ordered my drink with chocolate and they didn't put it in yesterday or today. The recent reopening of this establishment has left much to be desired. Once a favored drive-thru spot of mine, the change in staff has significantly impacted the quality of service. It is disappointing to visit a high-end coffee shop and receive subpar drinks. Consistency is key in the business world, and unfortunately, this place has failed to deliver.
