This spot has improved in making their drinks. The interior is different with less seats. There's new staff and they've been friendly. The staff even remade my drink once. Appreciate it.

Unfortunately, my experience at this Starbucks was disappointing. The staff appeared unfriendly, unapproachable, and inattentive throughout my visit. There was little acknowledgment of customers, and it felt as though providing good customer service was not a priority. A simple greeting, eye contact, or willingness to assist would have made a significant difference. Starbucks has built its reputation on creating a welcoming environment, but this location fell well short of those expectations. I hope management takes the time... read more

This location has been out of the Iced Ube Coconut Cream Shaken Espresso for nearly three weeks, while other Starbucks stores nearby have it in stock. It doesn’t seem like a company-wide shortage, but a store-specific issue. I hope management pays more attention to keeping popular menu items available.

I come to this location at least twice a week and always order a large chai. I went through the drive-thru tonight as usual and ordered my large chai and the woman at the window handed me a tiny chai. My order didn't show up on the display board so I didn't know I was getting a small when I arrived at the window.
