Never thought I'd give Starbucks a review but Joseph definitely deserves a huge shout out, whenever I go here I always order the same drink and I order extra crunchy caramel pieces, and I'll get my drink and you would think that it was coming out of their own pocket. But Joseph I'm running all over the place getting everything done in there makes my drink perfect and understands what extra crunchy pieces means!
Always good coffee, especially if my girls are working!!
yesterday i visited Starbucks in Yucca Valley and we were greeted ans served with execeptional service and attitude from JOSEPH He made us feel Welcome and made our day. He really goes beyond. to make Starbucks the BEST place in Town . We will definitely will visit this Starbucks every time we come into town. The company should recognize him and thank him as we did. Our drink was AMAZING
