RecommendedCame in to this location and told them about my horrible experience at a different location. (Charlotte Pike, Nashville, Tennessee) They gave me a free drink and made sure my tea was good and made correctly and my experience here was great. I love this location. Everyone is always friendly. ❤️
The fly problem inside is horrible. Been there 3 times in last 6 weeks and flys are everywhere inside. Probably a cleaning issue which concerns me about the sanitary condition of their equipment. Management needs to address. I won’t be back.
Ordered a double shot caramel iced coffee with a splash of milk. It came out off white. I ask her to fix it. She dumps out HALF the drink with the extra shots I paid for and the caramel. When I tell her that just makes my whole order wrong, she scoffs and says "what did you want me to do remake it?" I told her to enjoy her holiday and pulled out. I stopped on my way home. I have not been to a Starbucks in a while. I felt pressured and rushed to pick. The woman helping me made my experience terrible. I felt like an inconvenience. Will not be back.
Everyone there is so sweet! But shout out to Aaron and Tristan-- they are the best baristas ever. They always make you leave smiling. Great customer service at the Hwy 100 location!
Manager is wonderful! Service and cleanliness of store excellent!
