My drinks from this Starbucks are never made right. I go to any other starbucks locations around New England, and the drinks taste identical as i would expect. At Pittsfield Hubbard Ave Starbucks, it tastes way different, and not always different in the same way. Maybe 1/10 times does my drink tastes like whai order. Put the order in as you can see at 2:46, it’s 4:00 and we just left the store. I’m truly speechless. There was a trailer that I’m assuming just unloaded their truck parked in the exit and a line of cars almost all the way to the entrance. We pull up to the window and they tell us to wait, 5-10 minutes later they ask what we want, said we had an online order for Jacqueline. Whoever is currently managing this location should not be, I have zero connection to this location yet still have heard terrible things from former baristas about what is going on and it’s clear it’s being driven into the ground. Today I ordered for in store pickup, and found that their cafe is STILL closed, but it allowed me to do a mobile order for in store. Had to sit in a long line all the way out of the parking lot. Just close until you fix whatever is going on here…
