I've probably been to 40+ different Starbucks in 10 states over the last 30 years and this one is one of my top 3!!! Every single barista working here is wonderful and my drink is usually waiting for me by the time I get my app opened on my phone. The team (almost all women) are friendly, incredibly hard-working and always ask how my day is going. I have been to many Starbucks, but this one is my favorite for sure! They go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and seen! When you walk in the door, they always look up to greet you with a smile! Often times they are extremely busy, and unfortunately people don’t always realize that scheduling numbers is not determined by the store manager, but by corporate numbers. I LOVE THERE DRINKS, & THE BANANA NUT BREAD AND THE CHOCOLATE CROISSANTS ARE 🔥.. I USUALLY GET THE ICE VANILLA CHAI LATTE, BUT I TRIED THE SPECIAL DRINK WITH THE RASPBERRY PURLEES AND THEY ARE DELICIOUS.. YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED!
0/10 spot right here. Waited over five minutes for someone to even acknowledge I was at the counter. Waited another 10 minutes for an iced coffee that never got made while the staff chatted and moved at a glacial pace. 15 years in the service industry and I've never seen a shop run so poorly - the manager at the counter didn't even check on the tickets or ask why I wanted a refund.
