All good-it’s Starbucks!
I came here today for some caffeine and a snack and was met with somewhat of an expected experience from a Starbucks. I ordered their new summer berry drink in venti and i was met with a “no, you can’t” and no real follow up suggesting other items until after i told my wife I would just stop for a Red Bull. Insult to injury the 5 dollar bacon and Gouda sandwich is a slider. Will not be back to this particular location.
I've probably been to 40+ different Starbucks in 10 states over the last 30 years and this one is one of my top 3!!! Every single barista working here is wonderful and my drink is usually waiting for me by the time I get my app opened on my phone. The team (almost all women) are friendly, incredibly hard-working and always ask how my day is going. I have been to many Starbucks, but this one is my favorite for sure! They go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and seen! When you walk in the door, they always look up to greet you with a smile! Often times they are extremely busy, and unfortunately people don’t always realize that scheduling numbers is not determined by the store manager, but by corporate numbers.
