0/10 spot right here. Waited over five minutes for someone to even acknowledge I was at the counter. Waited another 10 minutes for an iced coffee that never got made while the staff chatted and moved at a glacial pace. 15 years in the service industry and I've never seen a shop run so poorly - the manager at the counter didn't even check on the tickets or ask why I wanted a refund.
Very Friendly Staff
I experienced a rude service, the cashier made fun of my order and didn’t get it right. Her name seems Jenn and I asked what happened. She is so arrogant and even tease like I have been working there more than 2 years.
Today I ordered strawberry açaí and banana bread. Banana bread fell to floor. And she take it from floor and gave it to me. And I asked her name and she is Jennifer. She also told me that she has been working there for 2 years and answered me don’t teach me my job. If she keeps working over there I will not come there again and I will tell all of my friends in the region.
