Stopped in at around 4:15 on Sunday March 23 2025. Extremely rude, slow, non-service, especially from the woman with black hair/gray highlights. (I will note that during our excruciatingly long wait, two of her acquaintances stopped in with their adorable puppy and they seemed very pleased with the head of the line service and correctly made drinks they received). Stopped in Sunday afternoon and so disappointed. None of the three baristas ever acknowledged us. When they finally did, the service was terrible. They bordered on being rude. My husband asked for the extra shot of the espresso and she said she put it but it was not and the order was wrong 2 times. My drink was also delayed as she said the printer didn’t print my order. No apology as we sat for a half hour while everyone else for their drink. 3/23/25
I recently went in for a ginger tea because I Google before I went and it said Starbucks has this tea (pictured below). The guy originally helping me was patient but the other who was preparing the morning shift, taller, thin, brown dark hair was a bit sassy. I paid it no mind because I get it. Handicapped parking and restroom were super convenient. The place was quite clean and empty.
Achilles was seriously the best. 5 stars for him!
