Waited for approximately 20 minutes for a café mocha vinti hot while 20 people that ordered after me get their cold drinks. I had to complain, along with a few others to get my order. The manager claimed they had a new system. A cold bar and a hot bar, yet everyone back there was fixing cold drinks, drive thru and online orders completely ignoring the customer's who ordered hot drinks. After complaining with a few others one barista immediately fixed my coffee which took all of 30 seconds! Your new system doesn't work!
Gross, dirty bathrooms and eating/ store area was dirty as well
Drinks were good but service not that great. Took forever to get my drink.
